Ice fishing trip

Ice fishing is fun! It is a traditional way of fishing during winter months. It is as its best when sun is shining and wind is calm. Join us and enjoy of a new way to spend a winter day on ice!

Fishing guide will meet your group at the agreed location. Before going out on the ice the guide will introduce the fishing gear and basics of ice fishing. You will be fishing as long as you like up to four hours. You will have at least one break to enjoy hot beverages.

You can choose from two locations:

Vanajavesi
Ice fishing trip can be organized near the center of Hämeenlinna on Vanaja waterway. After the ice fishing trip we recommend to enjoy of the heat of a sauna at our co-operation partners Hotel Petäys, Hotel Rantasipi Aulanko and Kirstula Manor.

Katumajärvi
Another available location is a scenic lake Katuma. Katinen Manor and Hotel Vanajanlinna are offering upscale meeting, dining and sauna facilities by the lake Katuma.

Available: in winter / according to ice conditions

Duration: up to 4 hours, additional hours for 50 € / hour

Languages: Finnish, English

Tour includes: fishing equipment, fishing guide, hot drinks, ice fishing overalls

For extra charge: sauna facilities and additional activities

Price: 430 € + 15 € / person (incl. VAT 24%)
