Kaupunkikalastus booking terms and conditions

The cancellation policy of a booked trip:

Cancellation is free of charge 30 days before the event date
If a cancellation occurs 29-15 days before the event, we will charge 25% of the total amount
If a cancellation is made 14 to 7 days prior to the event, we will charge 50% of the total amount
If you cancel six days before the event, or after, we will charge 75% of the total amount

These terms do not apply to the so-called force majeure cases.

The possibility to transfer the booking on another date can be agreed upon separately.

Invoicing

Corporate customers will be invoiced after the event with 14 days credit.

Private customer will be charged in advance or by cash on the pier. Paying with credit card is only possible by separate agreement in advance. We will send a receipt for cash payments via email after the trip.
